More Classic DLSL Pictures Colorised (Foundation Week Edition)

The picture above appears to have been taken during a morning assembly held at what is now known as the Br. Henry Virgil Gymnasium in DLSL's first year of operations in 1962-63.  I do not know this for a fact, however; and this picture from the DLSL Archives was certainly not labeled.  What I am certain of is that this picture was taken before 1967 because the 2-story 400- and 500-wing has not been built yet.

This pictures is so reflective of the sixties when hairstyles were neat and closely cropped.  This was also still the era of tight pants cut straight down to the ankles.  Notice the brown khaki pants.  The black pants did not come until 1970 or 1971, replaced by any dark pants in 1973 and returned for good in the early eighties.
